Vos Rotating is a member of the Vos Groep and is specialized in the maintenance, repair
and services of diesel and gas engines, pumps,
fans, compressors, turbines, gearboxes, winches, capsules and all kinds
of main and auxiliary equipment.Important specialties are the aligning of rotating equipment
by means of laser equipment, vibration analyses, the dynamic balancing of
rotating equipment in the workshop and on location and the
periodic maintenance and overhaul of life saving equipment.A special department has also
been set-up for the overhaul and reconditioning of appendages and safety relief valves.
These activities can be carried out both on location as well as in our workshop.
The workshop acts as an important support to the fast and adequate execution of work entrusted to it and, with its scala of facilities, the workshop fully meets the clients demands. Vos Rotating has a number of service containers at its disposal, to support the above mentioned work which is carried out on location.
In view of the experience gained in the offshore industry, this company is capable of working in accordance with the highest quality demands and norms, something that is also apparent from the rapidly growing clientele in the chemical, petrochemical and food industry.Since May 1994 Vos Rotating B.V. is also certified by Lloyds Register of Quality Assurance Ltd. to the standard of ISO 9002 and VCA**.
This department guarantees a 24-hours service, rendered seven days a week, by highly qualified and experienced service engineers with a minimum educational level of Secondary Technical School behind them, supplemented with specific specialized courses such as diesel-technology, hydraulics and pneumatics. There is also the possibility of to hire mechanics, in times of shutdowns, as a supplement to your own Technical Service, and/or Maintenance department.
